We do not use one-size-fits-all retainers. We meet with each client, discuss the case or matter in depth, and tailor our pricing to our recommendations. We keep detailed time records and bill in six minute increments. You are invoiced monthly and can see the work performed on your case as well as costs expended. We only work for as long as a case requires, so you’ll never be overbilled for unproductive time. Final bills will include costs for copy, filing, messengers, and third-party research tools.
Our 2023 hourly rates are: Owner/Partner 325-375; Associate Attorney 175-225; Paralegals/Law Clerks 75-125.
